Jag xf in,Just in time,the rust creeping in slowly,again axle and subframes, and sills,
Full strip down,steam clean in our closed loop wash bay,and lanolin protection applied.
Found massive blocks of foam above sill panels retaining water against the body that will cause serious rust issues in near future,,,now removed,cleaned and treated this one's saved for many more years .

Something different in last week,
a John Deere triple mower deck,
If u know, these decks rot out as the grass is corrosive,and are not cheap to replace when holed and need welding,
This one's 15 year old and for a local football club that needed some help,,
keep it maintained is the order of the day.
We Gave it a steam clean, applied,rust converter and a protective lanolin coating that sets and doesn't attract the dirt.
got some machinery that rusts ?

A little mitsubishi mirage in this week, advisories on MOT for corrosion,
owner needing this little car to last,
As with most modern cars ,axles and Subframes corrode from the welds inwards,
So we Steam cleaned the under body in our closed loop wash bay, separating all the dirt for paid disposal and we recycle and reuse all our wash water containing all mess within our wash bay,,blasting the scale and rust off,once completely dry we applied
Rust converter and then a superior lanolin coating that will stay clean and protected
Keeping this cars underbody in a maintained condition,,,

2017 Hilux in for eco rust proofing,
Left alone these chassis suffer from corrosion from mud trapped behind arch liners for years, as with most newer cars, maintenance is critical so as with every job We stripped the arch liners and wheels off to gain access to all areas,
Steam cleaned the underbody and chassis ,
In our closed loop wash bay,
Blasting all corrosion off down to base metal,
Leaving a clean degreased flake free surface for our lanolin based rust proofing treatment,
Far more durable than other coatings we use but still very similar properties except ours wont attract the dirt,

Here's a little Corsa from one of our repeat customers,
His lads first car and wanted it looking great and protected ,
With any modern car the sub frames and axles are highly rust prone,,
On this oneSteel Subframes and axles were in great condition but prevention is always better than a cure ,keep it maintained .
So we removed the road wheels and arch iners ,
steam cleaned the under body in our closed loop wash bay,
recycling all our water ,
filtering all dirt ready for paid disposal.
We then treated the underbody with a new lano based product which is more engineered than other coatings we use whilst maintaining eco friendly status, more durable ,less sticky and doesn't attract the dirt, and is totally compatible with other coatings we use
Keeping this cars underbody in an excellent condition matching the top side 👍

Citroen c3 in for rustproofing,
of huge sentimental value to the owner ,wanting this car to last,
We removed the wheels and arch liners
Steam cleaned the under body ,
Found lots of peeling sealer especially on the sills,
Sealer removed metal paper thin,
Cut out the outer sill,inner strengthener rotten ,and sill end panel too
3 New panels formed by folding, stretching, bead rolling and joggling all in house,
For a quality repair that will out last the car,,
Once welding and clean up complete,
We then finished with a coloured lanolin based paint followed by a coating,of another leading lano based products that is far superior to what we've been using,
And also maintaining eco friendly products,

Pleasure treating this early defender,
And soon to be historic,
Whilst this vehicle was immaculate the chassis let it down, with quotes of 10k to replace it,,,, down to us Eco-rustproofing to do our magic
It came in a crusty rusty peeling mess,and left cleaned and protected and looking the best it's been in years
Quite a task to turn around in 4 days ,
We steam cleaned the chassis in our closed loop wash bay, separate the dirt and recycle all water ,
blasting all that black nasty shults ,rust and all that crust, down to base metal,
Revealing the Shultz had covered many holes,
We cut the rot out and cleaned the inside of scale build up,2 inch deep,made some panels ,welded in,
We blacked the lanogaurd grease for better visual that will protect this vehicle for many more years

Pleasure rustproofing this lovely camper ,
great condition being 2020 plate,

Full wheels off underbody steam clean with front arch liners removed.
Cleaning out where all the mud and salt traps that cause the corrosion,

we treated internally the entire chassis and every sill panel,
every weld on the axle and body mounts had corrosion with some failing seam sealer over the welds allowing the tin worm to form and feaster,,
all de flaked with our steamer and special nozzle ,
lano grease applied to all the exposed corrosion,
then whole under body treated with lanogaurd spray,
Maintaining this vehicle in tip top condition,

All done in a environmentally friendly way where in our wash bay,
We are chemical free
all dirt washed off is separated in our troughs and filters ready for paid disposal ,
And all water is reused being a closed loop system ,
all done to be environmentally safe,
And a conscientious business
