Whatever you need, I can be the extra pair of hands to help you do it 👍

Last night I untangled some cables, set up and programmed a new phone, put away weekly food shop, discarded any out of date foods, and then cleaned the living room and kitchen areas.

It's not just cleaning, i'll do any odd job (as long as i'm physically capable).

Available Evenings and Weekends only Sarah is on maternity leave x

We’re getting closer… ✨

The boards are written, some of the stock is in, and we’re nearly ready for our opening day 💛
It’s all starting to come together now, and we honestly can’t wait to welcome you all in. This little dream of ours is becoming real, step by step 🦋
There’s still a few finishing touches to go, but we’re so excited to open our doors very soon. Thank you to everyone who’s supported us so far it truly means everything.

We just wanted to take a moment to say a huge thank you to all of our Helping Hands clients ❤️

Every clean, every message, every bit of support you’ve given us over the past 9 months has meant more than you probably realise.

Helping Hands has helped build the café.
The work we’ve done with you has gone straight back into setting up Mindful Munch Café, which opens on 30th March.

So this café isn’t just ours… it’s been built with the support of our community. We’re so grateful for every single one of you ❤️

We can’t wait to welcome you in for a coffee soon!

One thing people often don’t realise about Helping Hands is that it’s not just about cleaning.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed or just need an extra pair of hands, I’m happy to help with all sorts of things within my physical capability.

This week alone I’ve been:

✔ Swapping toilet seats
✔ Putting together hanging rails
✔ Sorting through big piles of clothes to go to charity
✔ Helping people get their homes back into order

I can also help with things like packing, unpacking, decluttering, organising, and tackling those jobs that just feel too big to face alone.

Sometimes you just need someone to come in and help you get started.

Whatever you need, Helping Hands is there to help you out 💛
