Polite Notice Regarding Deposits ⚠️

I don't think I've covered this enough and thought that it would be obvious but clearly it isn't. I've only ever had 2 issues with deposits in 7 years so it's not a big ordeal but it needs mentioning.

Just a quick note regarding our booking process. To ensure your slot is dedicated exclusively to you, we require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

Need to change your plans? We are happy to transfer your deposit to a new date if you reschedule at least 48 hours before your original booking.

We understand that life happens! While deposits are generally non-refundable, we are happy to discuss exceptions for emergencies. However, please note that cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a forfeit of the deposit.
