Dear Customers,

Firstly, thank you for the positive comments and well wishes! We really do appreciate you all! It’s a very difficult time for everyone in society and being in business is a struggle, but we always make choices based on what we feel is the safest thing for our team and our customers.

We didn’t need to go to the level of closing, disclosing the case, or getting the team tested. The selfish business thing to do would have been to just carry on, however, we see the safety of everyone to be more important than a days trade, and we felt this was the right thing to do.

The staff member who tested positive has none of the usual covid symptoms and is doing well safely isolating at home. None of their family members have tested positive either, so luckily this is either an isolated case or an unfortunate false positive.

The great news is ALL of our other team members have received a negative Covid test! This gives us confidence that our covid protection procedures and risk assessments are doing what they are supposed to do!

Therefore, we will be able to reopen tomorrow (Thursday 19th)

We thank you for your patience and look forward to welcoming you all back
