it’s been a long time coming…
when I do a job I expect paid for the job when you send details of what you want done I do the job to a high standard I go above and beyond for clients I add on extras and NEVER charge any extra and never complain of the job your asking me to do even if I know it’s a little extra than a general clean because yous all stick by me so well but recently I’ve been working along side a few new people that expect miracles in the little time they book out ??
all I ask is payments be sent on the day I’m a self employed single parent, from now on any new clients will be asked for payments beforehand payments aren’t made the work will not be carried out - this is my only income - I will now be enforcing a 24hour cancellation policy (this does not go for existing customers and once you’ve been a loyal Custer this will change) but this has gone on to long and I’ve let to much slide i work my hardest and non payers especially at this time of year is not worth the hassle so to any future clients yous are more than welcome to contact me but i will be taking forward payments & there will be a cancellation time in place
