☀️ Heatwave Notice for Clients ☀️

With the extreme temperatures forecasted this week, we'd like to thank all our clients for their understanding during this hot weather.

Housekeeping is physically demanding at the best of times, and working in extreme heat can increase the risk of dehydration and heat exhaustion. To ensure we can continue providing a safe and high-quality service, there may be some temporary adjustments during periods of excessive heat.

🧹 Bed changing will only be carried out when absolutely necessary or if customer is unable to do themselves at a cooler time of day.

🌡️ Time spent working in conservatories, Sunrooms, and other extremely hot areas may be limited where temperatures become unsafe.

💧 Short breaks may be required to cool down and stay hydrated throughout the day.
We will, of course, continue to complete essential cleaning tasks and do our very best to maintain our usual standards while prioritising health and safety.

Thank you for your support, patience, and understanding during the heatwave. It is greatly appreciated.
