Bit of a different job today for the Lush Window Cleaning - EX15 team

Sorting the beer garden for the Market House Inn - Cullompton , ahead of their grand opening this friday after a huge refurb

We were lucky enough to have a sneek peak of the pub and we can say WOW, It looks seriously impressive.

We removed lots of bushes, cut all the hedges and over growth back which led to finding some very questionable items that had been thrown in over the years 👀, gave the trees a cut back, removed old bricks from the ground, and gave the grass a good mow and strim.

We think it looks really good, alot more open and brighter, the perfect for place for a summer refreshment 🍺🍹🥂🍾

Another patio clean today for one of our lovely customers. We cleaned and cleared the gutters last week and they asked us if we could give their patio a good clean up and rattan furniture.

Really please with how this came out. Nice sandstone slabs looking nice a clean ready to enjoy chilled time in the garden

Started with some tidying and weeding, then gave it all a good power wash, applied a cleaning chemical to give the slabs a powerful deep clean to remove most the stubborn algae and black spots then applied a sanitiser to finish

CUSTOMER NOTICE

PAYMENT.
As from Monday 6th April. We will no longer let people off late payment fees after we have sent a reminder that payments not been made. The stress of waiting for promised payment is affecting my family time. Then having to chase for payment sometimes gone 10pm makes me feel like Im the bad guy. I’m sorry for any inconvenience but being self employed is hard enough without this additional stress. We appreciate sometimes a card may be missed or we may of even forgot to put in a card but once we have contacted you we simply need payment asap. We can't keep chasing so many payments as its to time consuming. I feel bad but I cannot go on most evenings waiting and chasing. Im sure you decent people will understand.

PRICES.
Also from monday the 6th of April we will be increasing our prices. Please don't panic. We value your custom and these increases will be very minimal. As you will be aware, everything is going up and we need to protect our business.
We will message with any changes when we let you know windows are due. We have done our research and our prices will still be at the lower end of what others are charging as we have always wanted to be competitive and fair. We dont up our prices every year so hope you can understand that every now and then we have to.

Did you know we offer traditional window cleaning aswell as the modern waterfed pole method?

Both have their place in the business. We prefer waterfed pole due to the increased safety of working from the ground but some customers ask us to do the traditionally and we are happy to cater for their needs
