CLEANING QUALITY AUDITOR

Working Days: Friday & Saturday, with the possibility of additional days
Working Hours: Between 8:30am – 5:30pm, depending on the day’s schedule and property requirements
Role: Part-time with potential for additional days/hours
We are looking for a highly observant, disciplined and reliable Cleaning Quality Auditor to join The Combat Cleaners Ltd.
This is an important quality-control role within the business. You will be responsible for visiting properties following changeover cleans, carrying out detailed inspections and ensuring every property meets The Combat Cleaners’ standards before guests arrive.
This role requires someone with an exceptional eye for detail. You need to be the person who notices what everyone else has missed.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out detailed quality-control inspections at holiday lets and Airbnb properties following changeover cleans.
* Work through property-specific checklists methodically, ensuring every area has been inspected.
* Identify missed areas, presentation issues or anything that falls below company standards.
* Carry out minor correction cleaning where required to ensure the property is guest-ready.
* Check the finer details, including presentation, finishing touches and overall cleanliness.
* Complete all required auditing and reporting procedures accurately.
* Take and submit photographic evidence where required.
* Report cleaning, maintenance, damage, stock or property concerns promptly.
* Provide clear, factual and professional feedback following inspections.
* Travel between multiple properties throughout the working day.
* Report directly to the Managing Director.

The successful candidate must:
* Have an exceptionally strong eye for detail.
* Be self-disciplined and capable of working independently.
* Be able to follow detailed instructions and property-specific checklists precisely.
* Understand the importance of following company procedures consistently.
* Be reliable, organised and professional.
* Have high personal standards and take genuine pride in their work.
* Be confident identifying and reporting issues when standards haven’t been met.
* Manage their time effectively when travelling between multiple properties.
* Understand that “good enough” isn’t good enough when you’re the final quality check.
* Be willing to carry out minor corrective cleaning where necessary.
Essential Requirements
* Full UK driving licence
* Own reliable vehicle and ability to travel between properties
* Availability on Fridays and Saturdays between 8:30am and 5:30pm
* Flexibility to work additional days when required
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to follow checklists and reporting procedures
* Confident using a smartphone for photographs, reports and communication
* Able to work independently and take responsibility for their workload
The Person We’re Looking For
This position would suit someone who naturally notices the things other people walk past — a stray hair, fingerprints on glass, dust on a ledge, a poorly presented bed, an item out of place or a finishing detail that isn’t quite right.
You will be our final pair of eyes before the guest walks through the door.
The role carries responsibility. Our cleaning teams will have completed the changeovers, but it will be your job to independently verify that the property has been left to the standard our clients and their guests expect.
Attention to detail, honesty, self-discipline and reliability are non-negotiable.
