If you think your carpets are looking a bit tired, call on us before you decide to rip them up.

One of Friday’s Crieff customers had issues caused by an elderly dog and this was the ideal setting for our Pet Package.

This is a service where we treat pet issues including urine, poo, sweat, vomit and oily deposits on the carpets. This is all carried out using our truckmount machine which is the most powerful carpet cleaning equipment in the area, our CRB machine for deep scrubbing and removing deeply bedded pet hair and our range of carefully selected cleaning products from the past 18 years of trading.

Most importantly, the carpets are left safe for family and pets with a short drying time.

The results speak for themselves.

The great vacuuming/ hoovering debate.

In my humble opinion, carpet cleaners should vacuum every job and use a vacuum cleaner more powerful than what the customer is likely to have.

We are taught to vacuum as part of the process.

My customer was moving out of her house and wanted to leave spotless carpets for the new tenants. Thankfully, we were recommended to her and we were able to help.

The Pet Package is designed for customers with cats, dogs and house rabbits to thoroughly deep clean the carpets to the highest standard possible. As part of the process, the carpets are deodorised, treated for any biological accidents and left completely safe for the family and pets. All carried out with our truckmount machine which is the most powerful equipment in the area.

There are only three other carpet cleaners in Scotland that have our level of accreditation and trade body membership, so you are guaranteed high level work every single time.

In addition to working to a high level, we also give every customer our seven day satisfaction cover which means if you are not completely satisfied with our work for any reason, you have seven days to let us know and we will fix it with no quibble, so every one of our customers uses our services risk free.

Today’s work brought us to a beautiful country home, where we professionally machine polished a Turkish limestone kitchen floor.

Today was spent working on this gorgeous kitchen travertine floor. It’s my fourth visit to work on this floor over the past eight years.

My customer had previously been unhappy with the work of another company who had not managed to get the floor to look the way she wanted.

It had previously been shiny and she wanted the shine removed for a more natural look. We managed to achieve this look on the first visit and we have been delighted to maintain the floor since then.

The floor was thoroughly deep cleaned, including the grout lines and then treated with our colour enhancing sealer for a colour popping, resilient finish (the last photo shows the water drops on the surface).

Another beautiful, satisfying finish and another happy (repeat) customer.

You can’t do this with a mop and bucket or a steam mop.
