I will be going over and above the government's guidelines to work as safely as possible in occupied households and practising social distancing to remain as safe as possible.

If any customers are at high risk and are shielding due to Covid-19 then I would recommend not being in the property while the cleaning is being done. I realise that this isn't always practical so I would recommend in those cases to delay booking any cleaning for the time being.
