Let's talk about rugs!!!!
Rugs should always be cleaned away from the customers home, for many reasons:
The heat of the water being used to clean the rug and the detergents can damage wooden flooring, if it is situated on one.
There can be dye transfer through the rug onto carpet underneath.
Thick pile rugs need to be turned over and the back needs to be beaten to get dry soiling out as a domestic vacuum won't reach to the bottom.
Rugs should be raised and dried rapidly using airmovers and dehumidifiers or bacteria can start to breed in the thick, moist fibres.
We collect, clean, dry rapidly and return rugs at a convenient time for you. Here's a video of a clean in progress 😊
