Police are appealing for the public’s help to find 12-year-old Maryrose Bird, who is missing from her home in Litherland.

Maryrose, was last seen at Alder Hey Hospital at 5.20pm on Monday, 9 February and she has not been seen since.

She is described as a white female, 5ft 4in tall, medium to large build with long dark hair tied back in a ponytail.

When she was last seen she was wearing a grey Montirex tracksuit, blue gilet, black Nike trainers and a blue baseball cap with the letters MBNK on it .

Police are becoming increasingly concerned for Maryrose's welfare, and are appealing for anyone who may have seen her to call 999, so they can make sure she's safe and well.

Alfold WI have been at it again!
Our wonderful ladies have been busy making beautiful poppies to adorn the nets, and today they were proudly displayed around the village — on the tree and at the church — in remembrance. ❤️

Alfold EVENING WI – Helping Safe in Sussex

We’re collecting essential items for women and children supported by Safe in Sussex — many of whom have had to leave everything behind due to domestic abuse. 💜

Please help us bring a little comfort and hope by donating items for:

🧼 Welcome Packs – toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, moisturiser, facewash, notebook & pen, fluffy socks, and small home comforts.

🍽️ Moving On Packs – sets of plates, cutlery, mugs, glasses, bowls, saucepans, frying pans, can openers, and other small kitchen essentials.
