Slash update: quiet enough when on permission, the self indexing system isn't working properly which is strange because I'm using the same pellets it was set up for from the factory. I'll have to have a play around and see if the magazine adjuster sorts this out.
Alpex lite update: Managed to get it synced to phone, picture quality is actually pretty good even at night. The nightfox ir lamp is a good bit of kit and half the price of some others out there. Adjustable brightness and beam focus. Had no footage from last night so took a video of a pigeon on a roof roughly a couple hundred yds away. Obviously couldn't use the lrf as I was inside. Progress I guess.

New set up. The media has nothing but good things to say about this pairing. 1st impressions, not too impressed tbh. At the range the gun managed a double feed. Figure that one out. The integral suppressor isn't as quiet as you'd hope. Similar design to the agt vixen but heavier. The alpex wasn't great in day mode. Glass is much much better. Zeroing was slightly troublesome as I would zero it then shoot 100yds and hit the target but then shoot 30-35yds and have to hold off even though there's no wind. The LRF was hit & miss ranging a 50yd target as 80yds. I'll wait until I've been back out on permission to see if I gel with it. Until then seasons greetings everyone.
