🚧 Another Full Roof Transformation Completed 🚧

This one was a challenging project for us — the property had multiple layers of previous roofing, including two different roof structures and pitched roofs with plastic tiles built over the top by a previous contractor.

We carried out a full strip-back and rebuild, removing everything back to structure and starting fresh.

✅ Full roof strip (all existing layers removed x3 roofs underneath)
✅ New timber structure and framing installed
✅ New OSB boarding throughout
✅ Roof re-designed and raised to form a clean, slight-pitched flat roof
✅ Stunning skylight installed to bring natural light into the kitchen
✅ High-quality EPDM rubber roof system fitted
✅ New white cladding installed for a clean finish
✅ Brand new guttering and downpipe system
✅ Kingspan insulation fitted between joists for thermal efficiency

This wasn’t a straightforward job — we uncovered several issues during the strip-out, but that’s exactly why doing things properly matters. Everything has now been rebuilt the right way, from the structure up.

We’ve now completed the external works and left the roof fully watertight and finished to a high standard. Just awaiting final internal plasterboarding and skimming to complete the inside.

Another job completed for a returning customer in Coventry 💪🏽

We previously arrived out a full reroof on the main property a few weeks back, and the customer was so happy with the finish they asked us to come back and complete the lower extension to match.

As you can see from the before photos, the old roof was worn, tired, and starting to fail — not something you want over a living space.

We stripped it back and installed a brand new tiled roof to perfectly match the main roof, giving the property a clean, consistent finish all round.

Customer in CV3 Coventry contacted us about a bad leak coming into the bedroom. After carrying out a drone inspection, we discovered multiple slipped tiles, a large hole in the roof and several rotted battens underneath.
What looked like a simple repair turned into a full reroof, which was the most cost-effective option in the long run.

Another successful reroof completed in CV3 Coventry this week by Aqua Pro Roofing Service Ltd 🔨🏠

The customer originally contacted us about a bad leak in the bedroom. After carrying out a full drone inspection, we quickly discovered the issue was more serious than expected. Several tiles had slipped, there was a large hole in the front section of the roof, and many of the battens underneath had completely rotted.

What the customer first thought might be a simple repair unfortunately turned into something bigger. After explaining everything clearly and showing the inspection photos, it became obvious that a full reroof would be far more cost-effective in the long run rather than constantly repairing an ageing roof.

Within one week, we completely transformed the property:

• Full new roof installation using brand new square top tiles
• Replacement of all damaged battens
• New dry ridge system installed (lifetime material guarantee)
• New verges and bonding gutters on both sides
• Dormer fully refurbished with brand new leadwork and fresh white cladding bringing it back to its original brightness
• Chimney leadwork renewed
• Flat roof sealed using Roofers No.1 liquid system, turning it into a clean grey finish that blends perfectly with the new roof

Another leak stopped in Coleshill 💪🏽

This porch was leaking heavily, especially in wind-driven rain. On inspection, the issue was clear — the lead flashing previously fitted was far too short, leaving a gap at the top where water could easily blow straight in. A few broken tiles didn’t help either.
We removed the defective lead, fitted correctly sized lead flashing, dry ridge, replaced the damaged tiles and sealed everything properly.

All completed within 3 hours ✔️
Customer happy, and no issues since.

Another leak sorted ✔️

This extension roof was leaking due to poor previous repairs — cracked tiles, incorrect patching and tiles not seated properly, letting water track straight in.
No need to overcomplicate this one.

We removed the damaged tiles, corrected the issue underneath and replaced with matching concrete tiles, properly fixed and aligned.

Sometimes it’s not about a big job — it’s about doing the small jobs properly.

Chimney Removal & Roof Repairs – Another Job Completed ✅

This week we carried out a chimney stack removal, carefully taking the stack down to roof level.
The opening was then made fully watertight by installing new battens and breathable membrane, before reinstating the surrounding tiles to match the existing roof.

All debris was safely removed and the roof left secure, weatherproof, and tidy.

Another flat roof leak sorted ✅

This flat extension roof was leaking in the corner where an old aerial wire had penetrated the felt, allowing water to track underneath.

We fully stripped back the affected area, dried everything out, and carried out a proper repair using a reinforced waterproof system to reseal the corner and pe*******on point correctly.

The roof is now fully watertight and protected against future issues.
