How Decrease Works Place your ironing into a suitable bag with hangers as required. Text, call or messenger us to arrange collection of your ironing. We offer regular weekly, fortnightly, monthly collections, as well as one-off collections. You decide when you would like it collected, and from where, or whether you prefer to drop off your ironing yourself. We will arrive at your chosen location at the agreed time and we will leave you with a receipt of your clothing. We charge £10 per hour with a minimum of 1.5 hrs. We then charge in 15 minute increments. We can collect and deliver your ironing at a cost of £3.50. After 4hrs delivery and collection are free. Your clothing will be lovingly ironed in a clean, smoke free and pet free environment and will be hung and/or folded as agreed. We will return your ironing to you at the pre-arranged time, usually within 24 hours from initial pickup unless agreed otherwise. Payment in full is due on delivery. We accept cash only. Subsequent loads can be booked in advance or a regular collection time can be agreed, be that weekly, fortnightly or whatever suits you best. How to reduce my costs? Do not just throw clothes into a bag from the dryer this will bake in creases and will take longer to press. If you fold your ironing it will take less time. Folding also takes more time so hanging clothes would save you money. Are clothes folded or hung? This is down to personal preference. Generally speaking, our clients choose to have shirts, blouses, skirts and trousers etc hung, with T shirts and other smaller items folded. It must be remembered, however, that the time taken to fold a shirt introduces unwanted creases. What about hangers? In order to keep our costs down, we request that you supply your own hangers with each load. Do you supply protective garment covers? We are an environmentally friendly company and as such, to reduce unnecessary waste, we do not use protective garment covers. How can I pay? You pay in cash on delivery of your ironing. You will be contacted prior to delivery to confirm times and to let you know the full value of your ironing.
