Donka has been cleaning for us for 2 years and is an excellent cleaner. Her communication is great and she’s even found 2 lost pair of my glasses! We have had 2 cleaners before Donka who we were deeply unsatisfied with but are so happy since we found Donka.

She is also happy to pick up other errands such as changing sheets. She doesn’t need any direction and just gets on with it, which is great. But if there’s something specific I ask her to do, she always gets it done.

She is very courteous and works around our 2 young children based on their nap and eating times.

As for the agency, I highly appreciate their transparent nature- they have always been honest about how much of the fee goes to them and how much goes to Donka. They also have excellent communication.

All in all, we are very satisfied customers.
