6 and a half years with CWS. Meet Tanya.

Tanya has been a Washroom Service Operative with Complete Washroom Solutions for six and a half years. Her days, she'll tell you, are busy and changeable - weather, traffic, the unpredictability that comes with being on the road. She takes it all as part of the job.

Her take on what makes someone great at this role is one of the most considered answers we got: patience, a sense of humour, and a good rapport with your customers. Meet Abbey Huckle - Operations Manager at CWS, and the person who keeps everything connected between clients and the field.

Abbey manages the day-to-day running of the operation -routes, schedules, and all the things that need sorting before most people have noticed they need sorting. The kind of role where no two days are the same, and the detail really matters.

What the drivers say about working with her matters more than anything we could write here.
Martin, who has been with CWS for nearly five years, put it simply: "You can ask management anything without fear or favour."

That kind of trust between office and road is what keeps service consistent - for the team, and for clients.

Away from work, Abbey's a self-confessed foodie with a soft spot for Italian, and her ideal evening involves a good film - if she doesn't fall asleep first. She also has ADHD, which she says means she usually has about 10 tabs open in her brain at once. Sounds chaotic. It is. But it's also, as she puts it, exactly what helps her juggle multiple things - and she wouldn't change it.

One of London's busiest airports. Contract renewed. 🙌

Really pleased to share that we're continuing our washroom services partnership with one of London's most high-profile travel hubs.

5th of May is World Hand Hygiene Day. Most workplace washrooms don't have a hand hygiene problem, they have a consistency problem.

The dispensers exist. The soap is there - until it isn't. The dryer works - until it doesn't. And the only person who notices is usually a visitor, or someone who goes to wash their hands after lunch and finds an empty unit.

The WHO estimates that clean hands prevent up to 1 in 3 diarrhoeal illnesses and 1 in 5 respiratory infections. The alarm goes off at 5am. Most people roll over. Our drivers are already thinking about their route.

James covers the south coast. Across a full working day he services a complete round of clients, building the kind of rapport with regulars that only comes from turning up reliably, week after week. "It's more than a team," he said. "It's a work family."

Paul works in Central London. He takes the early starts in his stride - "working in Central London you get to take in all the amazing sights," as he puts it. A different kind of perk.
Andy is an installation engineer. He described the job as demanding, because it can change on a daily basis - then added, without any prompting: "I love it."
