This is our end of tenancy guidance list that we work to when completing our end of tenancy cleans.

BEDROOM

Wipe down doors and on top of doors
Wipe down skirting boards all wooden furniture carefully of dust
Wash windows internally including sills and ledges
Clean inside & outside and on top of cupboards / wardrobes
Remove cobwebs
Clean coving, picture rail, cornice / curtain rails
Clean & polish mirrors, pictures
Clean and polish windows internally, window sills, window ledges
Clean plugs, sockets, light switches & fittings, lamp shades
Clean fire surround and radiators
Clean behind and under furniture
Vacuum upholstery
Vacuum and mop hard floors


Kitchen

Clean both inside and outside refrigerator & freezer (if defrosted in advance)
Microwave is wiped down inside & out
Clean all sides of washing soap dispenser, machine, and filters
Clean dishwasher and remove limescale.
Clean and degrease inside of oven, polish outside parts (ADDITIONAL COSTS APPLY)
Remove mould and grease from wall tiles, wash down and polish
Clean exterior of all kitchen appliances such as kettle, toaster, etc.
Wipe and wash down kitchen countertops
Remove lime scale and polish sink / shine taps
Clean windows from the inside; wipe down window sills / window ledges
Wipe all woodwork (doors, door frames, skirting boards)
Wipe down radiators
Clean plugs, light switches

We use only the most efficient cleaning methods and environmentally friendly cleaning materials to get great results at minimum cost for you and the environment. Our standard End of Tenancy Cleaning includes:

Thorough vacuum and dust sweeping all surfaces with particular attention being given to edges, corners and other areas of difficult access.
All furniture, fixtures and fittings, ledges, sills and picture frames would be damp wiped/dusted/polished as required.

All floors would be vacuum swept and where possible washed or dry mopped with a neutral detergent solution.

Kitchen sinks and appliances would be thoroughly cleaned and sanitised with particular attention being given to the areas around taps, waste and overflow outlets. All bright work would be polished to a shine.
Bathroom and toilet would be thoroughly cleaned and sanitised with particular attention being given to the areas around taps, waste and overflow outlets. All bright work would be polished to a shine.

End of Tenancy Cleaning, may also include:
Carpet Cleaning – complete or partial carpet cleaning, spot cleaning using hot water extraction for deep carpet cleaning.

Upholstery cleaning –sofas, armchairs, chairs, bed mattresses , cushions.

Floor Cleaning and Care– floor scrubbing and polishing (vinyl, laminate, wood floors, tiles).

Window cleaning – external / internal, conventional, high level and facade cleaning.

Removal and Clearance– Moving home, Man and Van service, Rubbish and garden clearance.

Handyman and Property Maintenance – Plumbing, electrical, drain, decorating, carpentry and locksmith services.

Our cleaning services provide a deep clean and ensure that you’ll get as much of your deposit back as is in our control. We provide VAT invoices on request and can also pick up keys from local estate agents or another address nearby.
