Hi everyone, I have gone and done my back in lifting a heavy box and I am in a lot of pain, I can hardly move without it being sore, looks like I will be out of action for a bit, I have cancelled tomorrow’s work and will then see how I am later tomorrow, but it’s not looking good at the moment. Will keep you updated and contact those of you who are booked in over the next few days.😞 I have had 1 day off sick in nearly 8 years, so due a few I suppose.🤪
