Trying out products so you don’t have to ✨ M&S edition ✨

So I’ve been leaning towards any kind of eco friendly / plant based / skin sensitive products lately. I used to be so fearful of these 🥲 and worried they wouldn’t live up to the mark. But after trying out Method a few years ago it totally changed my opinion.

I’ve been doing so much homework on toxic products and toxic household / beauty items in general (you should too), and handling cleaning products all day every day definitely makes an impact on my health. (Is this what happens when you turn 30? Asking for a friend).

I’ve been eyeing up the M&S range whilst in there lately and couldn’t wait to check it out! The majority of the range is plant based and biodegradable, but not all, and it’s reasonably priced considering. I also love the packaging. The scents are different to your average own brand products and they smell & look more luxurious. I’ve loved every single item and the only one I haven’t tested out yet is the limescale remover which I’m keen to! So I’ll update on this next week!

To add, I also grabbed a bottle of pink passion star martini (obviously) whilst I was in there. And I got asked for I.D 🤣. So even if the products were rubbish, I’ll be returning for that reason alone 💁🏽‍♀️.

Wow it’s been a minute since I posted content! I’m so busy at the moment… but I have found this beauty in my drafts!

Watch this this burnt on grease basically melt away using only HG oven, grill and barbecue cleaner!

Hi everyone, essay update incoming 🔈:

I’ve pretty much been fully booked since I started my business at the start of last year.
I have gradually increased my hours so that as my baby daughter grew, so did my client base & working hours.

The majority of my clients are ‘regular’ clients - which means their weekly/fortnightly spaces are filled in my diary for long periods of time. Also, most have been with me since my early days (🥹) and this means that their slots don’t become available unless for any reason they end their bookings.

A lot of you will know that I’ve been holding a waiting list. And if you’ve been on this waiting list you will also know that it moves VERY slowly.
I have continued adding names for a while, and as of this month I have been able to add more working days/hours & was hoping that I’d be able to shorten this list at this time.

These extended times just haven’t stretched anywhere near how far I’d hoped they would.
For this reason I will no longer be adding to this waiting list. I really hate having to turn people away - particularly people who I have been personally recommended, as I know how important is to have a trusted person in your home. But I can promise that I’ll already be stretching myself as thinly as I possibly can and it simply wouldn’t be possible.

So, for any future regular cleaning slots I will update my grid and stories at the earliest opportunity. But I will still first contact anyone who was on that initial waiting list beforehand if their needs would fit that appointment.

In regards to deep cleans - these will only ever now be able to be carried out on weekends.

I’m sooooo grateful to be in a position where I’m so busy and I hope that in the near future, Clean Hustle will grow and won’t have to turn anyone away anymore!

Hello 👋🏼,

I’ve been doing some small admin re-organisation behind the scenes. And here is my latest price list for ironing services.

I always regularly reflect on every one of my services to make sure that I am offering things that are bespoke to meet my clients needs, and making sure the pricing is always as fair and affordable as possible without compromising on quality.

As many of you know, my cleaning slots have been, and continue to be, extremely limited as I’m gratefully always kept so busy! But my ironing service is one in which I have much more space and flexibility to be able to offer.

And if you’re lucky enough to be going on holiday soon - this service is going to be a lifesaver on your return 😜. Laundry services can be added as an extra. Please let me know if you have any questions regarding this ✌🏽.

Come and deep clean my client’s bathroom with me whilst she’s on holiday 🥰 .

My client has been away and has continued with her cleaning visits despite not being home. This means that I’ve been able to deep clean areas & do a bit of organisation so that on her return, her house is clean, tidy & organised.

These kinds of visits have been very popular this year. It’s always sad leaving a holiday destination, but i always personally get home-sick. I don’t think there’s a much better feeling than coming back home to your happy comfy place after being away. Often when you’re leaving you’re stressed and leave the house in a bit of chaos. So it’s such a relief to come back to calm and clean.

On that note guys - please do your homework on your cleaner. Go for personal recommendations, check your cleaner has a DBS certificate if they claim that they or their staff all have them (particularly if you’re leaving them a key to your home or if they will be around your children), ask to see insurance certificates, and be weary of anyone with an unusually cheap rate.

As always, I’m very limited on space, so if you are interested in this service (or any other) - please get in touch as far forward in advance as possible. 🤍🤎

Something a bit different from me today! Trying out a voice over. I’m sure I’ll get used to this but it feels very uncomfortable 😆.

Product of the day apparently is Fabulosa antibac 🤔 🥲. It’s always handy for a general clean and to disinfect. I tend to use different products every day but this has been a good all rounder today.

Also not sure why I always say “we” because it’s only me cleaning 🤣.
