Allen Bespoke Commercial Cleaning is seeking a reliable and motivated Part-Time Area Supervisor to support our growing operations across Northamptonshire. This role is ideal for an organised individual with strong leadership skills and experience within the cleaning or facilities sector.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support cleaning teams across multiple client sites
Carry out regular site inspections to ensure high cleaning standards are maintained
Manage staff rotas, cover arrangements, and attendance
Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times
Respond promptly to operational issues and client requests
Monitor stock levels and arrange cleaning supplies when required

Requirements
Previous supervisory experience (cleaning or facilities management preferred)
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
Ability to work independently and across multiple locations
Flexible and reliable approach to work
