Absolutely beaming with pride again today. ❤️

Daisy very rarely wants to leave the house outside of her usual routine, but today she wanted to come out and help us deliver magazines.

She couldn’t really do much posting because, as always, she had all of her favourite teddies with her that she never likes to be without! 🧸🥰 So I’d pass her a magazine and hold the letterbox open for her, and she’d carefully pop it through.

It might seem like a small thing to some, but moments like this are absolutely massive for us. We’re so proud of you, Daisy. ❤️

One thing that’s always puzzled us is when a customer comes to cancel and says, “I thought you collected payment in advance.”

We don’t.

We clean your windows first, then collect payment on the 2nd of the following month. Every payment is for work that’s already been completed.

In all honesty, if we expected customers to pay before we’d even cleaned their windows, we probably wouldn’t have many people signing up in the first place.

That’s why we’ve always done the work first and collected payment afterwards. We think that’s the fair and sensible way to do business.
