Hiya guys this is a little reminder about my terms and conditions, the up coming months are my busiest times so please be mindful that i need notice if your going to cancel and then i can fit other people in. I totally understand that unexpected circumstances/illnesses may arise, but with less than 24 hours notice, it is very unlikely that I will be able to fill that appointment. When this happens regularly, this massively affects me financially, which is why I have no choice but to enforce this policy. Sorry for the moan, but I really do hope that all of my lovely clients, who I really do appreciate can understand & respect this policy. Booking an appointment with me means you are agreeing to this cancellation policy.
CANCELLATION POLICY -
Any cancellations within 24 hours will still require full payment for your appointment & will not be rebooked unless paid.
Any cancellations within 48 hours require half your appointment & will not be rebooked unless paid! This policy is agreed to upon booking. If for any reason funds are not received this will resort in all future appointments being removed and you will be unable to book again until payment is made.
