Powys Council has voted to remove Council Tax Premiums on Self-Catering Properties, back dated to April 2023.

PASC UK Cymru is pleased to see that a Council has taken a lead on the grossly unfair imposition of Council Tax Premiums on Businesses that do not achieve 182 nights.

182 has been, and will remain the problem, until it is significantly reduced.
