Job number 2 of a very long hump day. This one was in Galashiels, another 1 bed room flat.

This was a general clean as the tenant left the property in an almost immaculate condition 😍

I was asked to just go in to add finishing touches so it's ready for the next Tenant 🏡

Yesterday was definitely hump day and a long one at that, 14 hours 🫣

2 contract jobs done ✅

First one was in Duns, 1 bed flat. Upon prior viewing didn't seem to bad however once I got stuck in this turned into a deep clean ✨

I'm a great cleaner however sadly not a magician. Somethings unfortunately can't be cleaned 100% the bathroom radiator in the property being one of them was badly rusted, alot was surface rust which was easily removed however the rust on the inside of the sides had penetrated the metal and I had to admit defeat 🥺

Saturday contracted deep clean In Hawick - Full Day.

Hard to see the dirt build up in the before and afters but 62 cloths, 3 hoover emptys, 3 bottles of cleaner, 1 pack of brilo pads, lost count of how many gloves and half pack of disposable clothes later what a difference 🤩✨

Such a feeling getting to go into a property in a bit of a neglected state and leave it in a far better, cleaner, fresher condition ☺️

No relaxing this weekend! Cloths and sprays were in constant use on a new tenancy clean in Kelso ✨

This 3 bed property took 2 of us a total of 17 cleaning hours!
This property wasn't just a general clean it turned into a deep clean but the results were worth it 🤩

Unfortunately there's only so much magic that be be worked on a mouldy washing machine seal and even tho it didn't come up 100% still managed to get the worst off.

Having weekly/fortnightly customers you start to get to know their homes, what step creaks, which shelf is wobbly down to what temperature they like their thermostat ☺️

After arriving at my Tuesday customers home I headed to the bathroom to start when I noticed a dark patch on the floor 🤔

I know for certain this wasn't dirt as I had previously been few weeks earlier to do a bathroom floor scrub, it also wasn't like that the previous week I was there.
I spoke to my customer and informed them that they had a leak which I believed was coming from their shower due to where it started from. The leak had spread to their bedroom carpet which prompted a call to the housing. They came out fixed the leak the carpet was dried out but unfortunately there was no saving the bathroom floor due to the damage from the water.

This weekend I went back lifted their floor and gave it a good clean so the new flooring can be laid ✨

Not only do I clean but I am constantly keeping an eye for anything that is suddenly unusual in a property so I can inform the customer then it can be dealt with.

Your home will be looked after and cared for like it was my own that I can guarantee 💯
