Craig ready to induct our newest staff members.

When done well, inductions:
🧼 Strongly connect staff and managers
🫧 Provide effective training
🧼 Discuss site requirements
🫧 Create confidence and clarity
🧼 Introduce staff to the client

Onboarding doesn't stop after the induction. Our regular check ins, along with site visits and audits, keeps communication open between new starters and managers.

Investing in a great induction process is investing in our people.

Whilst visiting Danbury Leisure Centre yesterday, Craig Warriner noticed a section of the carpet had a stain.

Luckily he was carrying our carpet cleaner, and within minutes the stain was gone ✨
