It’s always great to be able to assist a customer, providing solutions to problems being faced.

Rodents were gaining access into the property here via the drainage system which was partially located under the exterior wall.

This allowed them to travel into the building from here and use the insulation materials for nesting and harbourage along with causing damage and mess internally.

After explaining this to the customer and along with treatment methods implemented and the next steps needed the issue at hand was quickly resolved with no further activity since.
