Shower deep clean, love this before and after. Unfortunately though, no amount of dwelling and scrubbing with products with remove black mould from silicone and clients must be realistic in their expectations when it comes to black mould and silicone. However, this is another skill I am looking at bringing to the table. Watch this space for that one

This one was on me 😂 I left a tesco magazine on my kitchen side after I had wiped it down, letting the print get stuck to it 🙈 quick scrap and a spray with my new magic product and it was back to normal

So back in July I decided to invest in myself and bring some new skills to my little business. I packed my bags and went off for 3 days for onsite training of specialised cleaning and restoration for hard surfaces. Surfaces like tiles and worktops. Safefully identifying surfaces, selecting the correct chemicals to use on them and safely deep cleaning them. My course also covered restoration for man-made surfaces such as marble, limestone, travertine as well as stripping and reapplying sealants. What is the pink stuff in your grout?

It isn't limescale. And it isn't mould

It is Serratia Marcescens......this is a bacteria that lives mainly in the bathroom around the shower and bath and it feeds on all the chemicals in your body washes, shampoos etc.

So what needs to he done? What we do with all types of bacteria, we disinfect it (and give it a good scrub)
