What is the pink stuff in your grout?

It isn't limescale. And it isn't mould

It is Serratia Marcescens......this is a bacteria that lives mainly in the bathroom around the shower and bath and it feeds on all the chemicals in your body washes, shampoos etc.

So what needs to he done? What we do with all types of bacteria, we disinfect it (and give it a good scrub)
