We are hiring for an Area Manager to join our growing team!

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Area Cleaning Manager to oversee and manage cleaning operations across multiple sites in Colchester and surrounding areas. This part-time role offers a varied and dynamic workload, making it perfect for someone with a proactive approach and a passion for maintaining high cleaning standards.

As the Area Cleaning Manager, your responsibilities will primarily involve conducting quality audits, training new staff, arranging cover for sites, and overseeing the commencement of new contracts. You will also play a key role in supporting the cleaning team and ensuring operational excellence while reporting to senior management.

Shifts:
Monday to Friday.
4:30pm - 8:30pm
You will be required to work one Saturday per month, and when this occurs, you will have a weekday off.

Key Responsibilities:
Quality Audits: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and health and safety regulations.

Staff Training: Train new cleaning staff and provide ongoing development to existing team members.

Cover Work: Arrange cover for sites as needed and provide hands-on support when required.
Periodic Cleans: Oversee periodic deep cleans, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards.

New Contracts: Support the onboarding process for new contracts, ensuring smooth commencement of services.

Team Support: Collaborate with cleaning staff to maintain consistent service quality.

Monthly Management Meetings: Attend monthly meetings with the senior management team to report on progress, challenges, and updates.

Requirements:
Proven experience in cleaning services and team management.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle varied responsibilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage multiple sites effectively and independently.
A good understanding of health and safety practices in the cleaning industry.
A valid UK driving license and access to reliable transportation.

We are hiring for a Cleaning Supervisor in Colchester. This role involves both cleaning and auditing other cleaners on site.
Monday- Friday 5pm- 9pm
20 Hours per week
£13.00 per hour pay rising to £13.50 after probation period.
Location- CO4 5NE (Please check before appyling)
