First of all, a big hello and warm welcome to all our new followers! We are so glad to have you here! 💛

I’m proud to introduce our new venture! A&A Biohazard Ltd, founded by myself and Rachel. After realising how well we worked together, we decided to take the leap and become fully qualified biohazard technicians 🚨🧽

The name A&A holds a special place in our hearts - inspired by our daughters 🥰

With a strong background in cleaning and tried-and-tested strategies under our belts, we’re not just here to clean - we are here to make a difference. We also bring valuable insight into neurodiversity, always striving to go that extra mile to understand and support our clients’ unique needs 💙

❗️Emergency Call-Out This Morning!❗️

This morning, A&A Biohazard received an urgent call to attend a communal toilet block where sewage was backing up through the pipes in one of the rooms.

We were on site within the hour as an important event was happening tomorrow and faced cancellation if this couldn't be completed!

The situation was serious — the sewage had soaked into boxes, lost property and furniture. Our team immediately got to work: we disinfected and sanitised everything, cleared the room, and tackled the overpowering smell.

By the time we left, the area was clean, empty, and free from faeces ready for the plumbers to step in and carry out their work.
