❤️ Customer notice ❤️

Please look out for letters this week being left with the cleaners-

I have made the decision to no longer offer an invoice payment at the end of each month for cleans, all cleans now MUST be paid on the day of your clean.

It’s taken nearly 2 weeks of this month to get payments in & as a small buisness we can no longer survive doing this.

Invoices will also only be provided for buisness customers to cut down on the amount of admin work needed each month.

We are very grateful for our customers who pay promptly with no delay after each clean 😊 xx

Customer notice ❤️

Please note if invoices remain unpaid after the 4th of the month there will be no reminders sent & a late fee will automatically be added (with no exceptions) & cleaning slots suspended untill full payment is received including fee.

Most months we are spending 4-5 hours chasing payments which should be paid on the same date each month, the cleaners have arranged for their bills to come out to coincide with pay day, if they aren’t paid they are accruing extra charges through no fault of their own.

Any customer on weekly payment must pay their fee by 6pm each Friday to avoid charges.

Monthly invoices by midnight on the 4th of every month.

For all of those who pay promptly we thank you as this makes our job a little easier at the end of each month 🥰

On Friday 24th May 2024 there will be NO cleans being carried out by the team.

The boss is getting married so has kindly given the girls the day off to attend 🙌❣️

If your clean for that day can be re arranged we will be in touch at the end of this week.

As many of you may know Cassie, one of the wonderful diamond shine team 💎 One year ago Cassie faced what no parent should have too and her little baby girl Bonnie went to sleep and never woke up 😢
Cassie & her family are completing a walk from Fleetwood to Blackpool in memory of the beautiful Bonnie in the aim to raise money for the Snowdrop Suite at Alderhey who provided Cassie & her family the support they needed in their difficult time. When should you get a deep clean?

You don’t always need a deep clean, It’s typically an occasional service you get for a specific purpose.

You might book a deep clean when you move into a new home. This gives you a fresh start in your new home without worrying about the dirt and grime from the previous owners.

It’s also something you can do in your old home when you move out. That gives the new owners a clean start.

Some people start with a deep clean when they start using our service.
You start out with your home being clean throughout. Then, when you start with regular cleans, our service can maintain that level of cleanliness that has been achieved during the deep clean.

You might book a deep clean before a big party or event you plan to host at your home. If anyone looks closely at your skirting boards or appliances, they won’t find any grease or gunk.

This service is also a good idea in the spring when you’re already spring cleaning your home. It gives your space an extra-clean feeling as you also declutter and simplify.
