• You will look after our customers across the UK, Ireland and all over the world. You will work closely with our technical sales team and the respective international contacts to achieve the best possible result for our customers.
• You will take care of essential sales activities: from the initial enquiry, to the preparation of quotations, follow-up of quotations and order processing
• To make sure our customers get the best service, we handle coordination, delivery management, and offer advice on the best shipping options.
• You will support us in cross-departmental projects to further develop our company
• You actively point out potential for improvement and help us with your open nature to constantly improve
• You solve everyday problems and offer our customers real added value through your work and your personal approach
Your profile:
• Good digital and/or technical understanding desirable
• Enjoyment of customer contact, strong communication skills and a customer-first approach
• Good ERP (SAGE desirable but not essential) and MS Office skills
• Independent, systematic and goal-oriented working style as well as the ability to work in a team and motivational strength.
• You have a confident, friendly and responsible approach
• Very good written and spoken skills
