🎉 Today, Cool Ventures celebrates 15 years!

Fifteen years ago, Cool Ventures was founded on a simple belief – that high-quality business support should be accessible to everyone.

Since then, we've had the privilege of supporting thousands of entrepreneurs and business owners across the West of England. Every business has a different story, and it's been a pleasure to play a small part in helping people turn ideas into reality, overcome challenges and achieve their ambitions.

To everyone who has trusted us to support them over the past 15 years – thank you. We'd also like to thank our brilliant team, expert associates and partners, whose knowledge, passion and commitment have made that support possible.

Last week, we said goodbye to Kitty. She joined us for work experience over four weeks, spending two days a week with the team. Although she wasn't with us for very long, she quickly became a valued member of the team and made a real difference with her enthusiasm, willingness to learn and positive attitude.

Having a work experience student isn't just about giving someone an opportunity—it's also incredibly rewarding for your business. It brings fresh perspectives, extra support and the chance to help someone develop valuable skills and confidence for their future career.

If you've ever considered offering a work experience placement, we'd really encourage you to give it a go. A small investment of your time could have a lasting impact on a young person's future, while bringing real benefits to your business too.
