Recently completely meeting room specifically designed to meet the requirements of planning authority (new modern design) in a rural location. The building cannot be easily seen from the busy dual carriageway parallel to the site, only the roof is apparent. The choice of material is natural stone with grey wood cladding under a standing seam metal curved roof with large overhang.

Barn conversions: 2 barns converted into 2 residential units

2 individual Georgian modern style houses built to the rear of large property. All stone detailing to doors windows and porch canopy in reconstructed stone, with a projecting brick plinth at ground level. Plain tile roof tiles with bonnet hip hips to all hips on roof.

Example of barn style new build in Cotswold stone and secondhand clay double Roman roof tiles. Designed for village location within a Conservation Area where design was critical to convince the planning department. House is low in form and uses local stone to blend in with the surrounding buildings.
