The first big event of the year successfully completed, the 82nd Members Meeting at Goodwood Motor Circuit. A lovely weekend with great racing and our team of 75 wonderful staff.

We’ve just completed cleaning all the auditorium seating and carpets at the Chichester Festival Theatre as well as carrying out a full deep clean throughout all the premises. Will be all sparkly and clean when the theatre reopens after it’s dark period in April 😊

Would you like to earn close to £600 for 4 days work at the world famous Goodwood Festival of Speed?
We have vacancies for staff to litter pick, empty bins and clearing and wiping down picnic tables. The dates we need staff are 11th to 14th July 2024 and there is a good possibility we could offer more work during the summer months at other events.
No experience is required, but what is required is a cheerful attitude, reliability and willingness to get 'stuck-in'.
If you love cars then this is a great place to earn some good money and you'll be part of a cleaning team of 180 staff.

We now have a new string to our bow 😊.

Goodwood Racecourse asked us if we could do something about marble tables in one of their restaurants that had become etched and stained over the last few years.

Never ones to turn down a challenge, we did a lot of finding out and we have successfully removed all the etch marks, polished and sealed the tables so they won't get stained again. As you can see from the before and after pictures they look like new again now 👍

So, as another event season draws to a close it's time to reflect on what a busy year it's been.

Our first Goodwood event was Members Meeting back in April, followed by Goodwoof in May. This is then followed by the Festival of Speed in July, Glorious Goodwood in August and Revival in September. In addition we've staffed all the horse racing days including the ever popular Three Friday Nights and August Bank Holiday meetings.

As well as the above we've had staff working at the BBC Good Food Festival, Parklife in Manchester, Latitude in Suffolk, Wireless in London and the Reading Festival. We are also currently providing the cleaning service st Tulleys Farm near Crawley for their Halloween event called Shocktober Fest, and will also staff their Christmas Festival in December.

To cap it all we've just secured another Christmas event in Chelsea in November, so as you can see it has been a very busy year and next year is already shaping up to be another bumper one.

The above is all in addition to our regular clients, such as the Chichester Festival Theatre, National Trust, Fontwell Racecourse and Wittering Beach amongst many others.

Thank you to all our clients for the trust and faith they have in us delivering the service and also to all our wonderful staff without whom none of the above would be possible.

So, 2022 is looking like a very busy year now. In addition to our regular cleaning contracts, carpet and upholstery cleaning and domestic house cleaning teams, our event cleaning is now stacked out for the year.... here goes :-

Firstly Goodwood -
At Goodwood Racecourse we have 19 racedays spread from April to October including the world famous Qatar Goodwood Festival in July, as well as all the pre and post racing cleans. Racedays can be anything from 35 to 80 staff on site.

Members Meeting is in April at the motor circuit where we will have 60 staff on site.

A new dog show event in May called Goodwoof.

Festival of Speed is in June this year, for which will need around 180 staff for the event days. We also have a large team on site 4 weeks prior and 3 weeks post the event to prepare for and then clear up afterwards.

Another two new events at Goodwood, World Air Racing (formerly known as the Red Bull World Air Racing) in July and Eroica Britannia cycling in August. These two take place at the racecourse and motor circuit and will require in the region of 80 and 25 staff respectively.

The final Goodwood event is Revival in September and that will be another 120 staff for the weekend, plus all the pre and post event requirements.

As well as all the above we will be supplying staff to litter pick and look after the toilets at Cowdray Polo, including the prestigious Cowdray Gold Cup in July and also staff to West Wittering Beach from Easter to early September, and during the busy summer months we can have up to 12 staff at the beach each day.

Finally our event season comes to a close with 2 events at Tulleys Farm near Crawley where we supply litter pickers and toilet attendants for their Halloween Festival in October and Christmas Festival during December.

Phew.... that looks a busy year to me and I've not even mentioned the Chichester Festival Theatre where we have 12 staff working each day for 6 days per week as well as staffing their additional Festivals during the year.
