Payment, Cancellation & Illness Policy.

Payment.
Payment is required on the day of your scheduled clean unless otherwise agreed.
Late Cancellations / No Access If a cleaning appointment is cancelled on the day of the scheduled clean, or if we are unable to gain access to the property upon arrival, the full cleaning fee will be payable.

Illness.
Please inform us as soon as possible if anyone in the property is unwell with a contagious illness. This allows us to discuss the situation and agree whether it is appropriate to proceed with the clean. This helps protect the health and wellbeing of both ourselves and our other customers.
