Dear Customer,

As of the new year, I will be stopping evening collections as this is costing too much time and money.

I would really appreciate it if you could either leave me the window cleaning money somewhere safe on the day I am due, or pay me directly into my bank account once you have received a slip through your door telling you I have been.

Either option is no problem to me, however, whichever one you decide on will you please let me know either when you see me, or via text or phone (My phone number is 07935153900), as I don't get to see some of you very often. If you would like to pay me directly into my account, I will give you the details over the phone and you will need to use your address as a reference when doing this so I know you have paid.
