In 4 weeks, our lovely office manager Kennedy will be heading off on maternity leave to get ready for her new arrival 👶✨

If you’re looking to get booked in, please give us a call within the next 4 weeks and we’ll do our best to get you scheduled before she heads off.

While she’s away, our booking/admin may be a little slower than usual, so we’d really appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

Well… this wasn’t the blockage we were expecting! 🐿️❤️

We were called out to investigate what was thought to be a nest in a chimney. After taking a look down the flue, we found the tiniest little surprise waiting for us… a nest of baby squirrels! 🥹

As much as we love a clean chimney, some residents have higher priority than soot. So this chimney will be staying exactly as it is until Mum Squirrel has finished raising her little family and they’ve all safely moved out.

Sometimes the best part of the job isn’t sweeping chimneys… it’s knowing when not to 🖤

We’re all still working this week, but with temperatures soaring, our chimney rods have gone a bit floppy in the heat! 😂

🔥Happy Father’s Day from all of us at Sweeps Chimney Services!🔥

Today, our three top sweeps – John, Tom and Chris – have hung up the brushes, kicked back, and are enjoying a well-earned day off.

After spending the year keeping your chimneys clean and your homes safe, we think they’ve earned it!

Here’s to all the dads, grandads, stepdads and father figures who keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
