We’re hiring: Customer Service Coordinator (Part-Time, Mon–Fri) 💬📞
iSparkle are a friendly local Chester-based business, and we’re looking for a warm, organised customer service pro to join us part-time.
Hours: Mon–Fri, 5 hours per day (flexible hours)
Pay: £17,485–£18,200 per year (part-time)
Location: Remote working, but ideally local so you can collect/return the iSparkle work phone if needed.
What you’ll be doing
Handling customer queries by phone, email/messages
Booking/rescheduling appointments and keeping customers updated
Keeping tidy notes/records on our systems
Staying calm and friendly when customers are stressed (it happens!)
What we’re looking for
Solid customer service/admin experience
Friendly, confident communicator
Organised, reliable, good attention to detail
Comfortable using modern computer systems
