Switching to The Wash House was one of the best decisions we’ve made for our holiday homes. After using a much larger company, the difference has been night and day. The service is absolutely unmatched, and for the first time we’re actually kept informed about stains instead of them being overlooked.

Anneka takes incredible pride in her work and her attention to detail is second to none. Around 95% of the time, our bedding comes back looking like new — and there are no extra charges for stain removal, unlike our previous provider who charged us without delivering results.

Her time management is impeccable. We never have to worry about being short of linen, which removes so much stress and makes running our business smoother. She uses high-quality detergents - everything smells amazing when it’s returned.

The Wash House has had a hugely positive impact on our business. Anneka is reliable, passionate, and genuinely cares about the quality she delivers. She is the best — we wouldn’t go anywhere else."
