SITE MANAGER REQUIRED
A position has become available for a site manager for a client at one of our schools in Chester.
We are a facilities Management company based in Chester city centre, we supply cleaners, caretakers and site managers for Cheshire and Cheshire west council. We also have the parks contract and a number of schools in the Cheshire and Cheshire west area.
The job roles of the site manager are as follows:
* MONDAY TO FRIDAY
* SPLIT SHIFT
*7AM TILL 9AM
* 1PM TILL 7PM
* BASED IN CHESTER
* SALARY 27K - 30K DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE
* 52 WEEKS A YEAR.

We are a facilities management company based in Chester.

We supply cleaning, caretaking and site management as well as maintenance services to both the private and public sector clients across the North-West.

We are now looking for a team leader to join our team, assisting the Operations Manager and Supervisor with daily tasks, covering sickness in schools, parks and our commercial sector of the business, which includes pub cleaning and offices.

* Hourly pay rates are £11.50 per hour.

* 39 weeks a year.

* Pro rota pay.

* 15 hours per week, some weekends will be required for cover and there is overtime available on a weekly basis.

Requirements
The suitable applicant will have previous cleaning experience.

A full UK driving license.

Own vehicle.

Mileage paid at 25p a mile

We would like to see previous cleaning experience and experience within the facilities management sector for this role.
