We are super excited that going into the 2025 financial year we have a new brand ambassador…. James Nisbet!

We couldn’t be happier to have James flying the flag for our family business and believe this will really help us go against the big online players in the industry.

We decided a new logo/branding was needed to celebrate this.

We can’t wait to get started in our collaboration, we just hope he doesn’t get Cold Feet.

Marathon is nearly upon us (Sunday), come rain or shine this lady is out running with this amazing charity as the drive. Had wonderful friends and family already put in (massive massive thank you ❤️). We are aware times are tough but even a few quid will add up and get us over the line to our target of £2620 i.e 26.20 miles!!!

‪I’ve said it before but dealing with people is one of my favourite parts of the business. Elite Bistros have had many people come and go over the years and it’s been a pleasure dealing with them all and seeing the business grow through both good times and bad.

I’ve been wanting to do this for ages and the most recent successful kickstarter was finally the time. Loyalty is a dying word it seems but this is my little nod to Gary /Claire/Rich and everyone from Wongo/Adam/Luke/Emma right through to current staff (too many now haha) to say a massive thank you‬ and that I appreciate it from the bottom of my heart.
