OFFICE ADMIN ASSISTANT

📍Tarvin, Chester
⭐️Monday - Friday⭐️
⏰ 9am-5pm (40hours)
NO WEEKENDS

This is a temporary position
KEY TASKS:
* To take phone calls and respond appropriately to each enquiry.
* To reply to customer emails and Facebook posts and provide appropriate advice.
* To deal with customer requests and order changes.
* To be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about our products and able to advise our customers effectively (training will be provided).
* To resolve any stock or despatch issues and liaising with customers as appropriate.
* To undertake regular stock checks in the warehouse as required.
* To update the website with returned stock and products.
* To enter new stock onto the website and maintain accuracy and integrity of product information.
* To monitor and update social media accounts as required.
