It is with great sadness that we announce that our car wash in Birtley has now closed.

Our lease with Dobbies has come to an end after 13 great years and Dobbies have taken the decision not to renew our lease.

To all our customers thank you for your support and loyalty over the years. We are always looking for new locations close by and we hope to see you again in the future.

Due to Covid 19 Restrictions, we have had to temporarily close our car wash.

This is for the safety of customers and our workers.

As soon as the tier 4 restrictions are reduced, we will open again.

We are open for business.

We have reviewed our processes and put the necessary safety steps in place.

We are using specialist cleaning products from Autosmart to ensure that any car that we clean will be fully sanitised and covid safe. Autosmart have developed a special chemical called Autosmart Disinfectant+. It is safe to use on cars and is currently awaiting its certification as a COVID-19 killer on any hard surface that is wiped down!

Why use a hand car wash? There are several advantages to a 100% hand wash:

Hand washing cleans areas an automatic wash will miss
