Top 3 reasons to keep up the hygiene on carpets in a pet household:

1. Your pet sheds hair and dander (skin) whereever they walk, roll and sleep. Dander comes even from anti-shedding breeds too! It's the dander that triggers the irritation for asthma sufferers.

Chocolate Tips: 🍫

For those who are unlucky enough to end up with chocolate eggs squashed into the carpet, here's a few tips:

1. Remove as much as possible by scraping the chocolate with a butter knife ot spoon and wiping clean the knife each time on kitchen roll.

2. For melted in chocolate, you can try adding a bag of frozen peas or ice-cubes in a zip-lock bag and place over the chocolate, to solify it. Once it has gone hard use the knife to break the chocolate off

3.Vacuum immediately to remove any last pieces of chocolate left in the pile.

3. To remove any residue stains, mix a mild solution of water and washing up liquid and spot clean working from the outside inwards.

4. Blot the area with clean kitchen roll and repeat until the stain has lifted. Do not overwet the carpet or rub the fibers excessively.

If the stain remains, contact us to professionally clean the carpet, and you'll never know the Easter 🐰 had been!
