Will the hours work for me?
* You set your hours. It just needs to be the same each week/every other week. You can work 10 hours a week or 40 hours a week and anything in between. You tell us what works for you and we will build your work around that.
Do I have to provide anything?
The only thing you need is a car. We provide absolutely everything else from kit, to training and insurance.
What's the pay?
We pay up to £12.33 per hour including holiday pay. That's £11 per hour as an hourly rate, and you have the option to either be paid the accrued annual leave at each pay run, or accrue it and have paid time off. You can also earn uncapped bonuses.
When do I get paid?
We run both weekly and monthly payrolls - you tell us which works for you; and you can switch if things change.
What would a typical day/week look like?
We assign regular clients to you, so you get into a rhythm. We take on ad-hoc cleans when the diary allows, but by and large, you would have your own set of clients who you get to know.
Where is the work?
Wherever you are. You tell us where you are happy to cover, and we assign those clients within that catchment.
Why would I work for Cleaner Space and not another company?
When you dive into what other companies like our offer, the first thing you want to look for is the employment status. Our team are our team, not self employed. As enterprising as it may sound to be self employed, you are then responsible for your own tax returns (and the fine if you're late), providing your own insurance, your own kit; that hourly rate may look competitive, but by the time you have paid for all that, its not looking so good now. You don't get a company pension being self employed. You do get that with us.
We provide your kit; other companies may ask you to do that or even use the clients. How do they know its safe? How do they know what PPE you need? How did they risk assess to keep you from chemical burns, electric shocks or falls? They haven't, and they don't. We do. Your safety, your wellbeing, your health is our number 1 priority.
