We use Ledlenser torches in our inspections as they're incredibly robust and amzingly bright. Today we have another reason to continue to use these torches and that is the excellent customer service! This is a replacement we received under warranty. A warranty that we (Dan) had unusually neglected to register because "none of our torches have failed yet". It had actually lapsed a bit over the standard 2 years but Ledlenser replaced this as a gesture of goodwill. Thanks guys you're awesome 👍👍👍

In 20 years of doing this job I have never seen a Hornets nest as big as this one. Found in a flimsy B&Q shed that rarely gets used. I did accidentally swear when I opened the door.

Bee relocation number 6 this year. Would of never found them without the thermal camera. As they were entring under a flat roof then walking along the joist into this cavity wall.

12 man hours later and these bees have been safely removed from the listed Dovecote they had been in for decades. Sadly a boiler and flu repair bought about the need to move them so they have been safely hived and relocated to a beautiful rural spot up the road.
