We just wanted to send a quick message to thank you all for your continued support of our cleaning business β we genuinely appreciate every single one of our customers.
As the business has grown and we now employ staff, last-minute cancellations have started to have a much bigger impact on scheduling, staff wages, and travel costs. Because of this, we will now be introducing a cancellation policy moving forward.
We completely understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can happen, and we will always try our best to be fair and understanding wherever possible.
However, to help us protect staff time and keep the business running smoothly, the following policy will now apply:
β’ 48+ hours notice β no charge
β’ Less than 24 hours notice β up to 100% of the booking cost may be charged
β’ No answer/no access on arrival β full booking charge applies
We truly value all of our regular clients and hope everyone understands why this has become necessary as the business continues to grow.
