We’ll be grinding out all failing joints, carrying out a full deep pressure wash, applying a sodium hypochlorite treatment to target heavy black spot contamination, repointing with premium GFTK VDW 850 epoxy resin, and finally sealing the surface to lock everything in and bring this patio back to life 🔥

Not every patio is perfectly bonded underneath, especially on older installations. If we find slight movement or loose slabs during preparation, these can be lifted and relaid before the epoxy resin installation.

In some cases, multiple passes of resin may be required to ensure joints are filled correctly and achieve the best possible finish. It’s a more labour-intensive process, but understanding how to work with existing patios is what creates a long-lasting restoration.
