🎄 Christmas Holiday Notice from HubbardsClean 🎄

Our office is now closed for the Christmas holidays, and we will reopen on 5th January 2026.

Please note that scheduled cleaning services will continue as normal until 24th December. After this date, cleaning schedules will be postponed until 6th January 2026.

During this time, we will not be checking emails or messages, but all scheduled cleans will resume as planned in January.

Hi everyone,
I hope you’re all keeping well. I just wanted to send a gentle reminder about our cancellation and sickness policy, which helps us keep everyone safe and ensures our schedule runs smoothly.

✨ Cancellation Policy
• If you need to cancel due to sickness and give over 24 hours’ notice, we will only charge 50% of the clean.
• If the cancellation is not due to sickness, the full cost will be charged regardless of notice, as the time has already been allocated.
• If there are more than two cancellations within a 6-month period, any further cancellations will be charged at the full cost, even with notice.

✨ Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice
• Any cancellation (sickness or not) with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at the full price, as we are unable to rebook the slot at such short notice.

✨ Illness in the Home
If we arrive and there are clear signs of a contagious illness (flu-like symptoms, sickness, or diarrhoea), we will not proceed with the clean, and the full charge will apply for safety reasons.

✨ Rescheduling
We always do our best to reschedule your clean at the earliest convenience.
However, in cases of sickness or diarrhoea, we require 48 hours with no symptoms before we can return to the home. This is to keep all clients and ourselves safe and well.
